Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Duties
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Conduct floor care including buffing and maintaining various floor types
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
- Assist in facilities maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct residential painting as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and restrooms
- Support commercial cleaning activities throughout the facility
Experience
- Proven experience in custodial or porter roles is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
