Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will focus on managing contracts throughout their lifecycle—making sure terms are followed, risks are controlled, and communication between parties stays clear. oversee the management and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. Duties
- Contract Preparation & Review
- Draft, review, and finalize construction contracts, subcontracts, amendments and exhibits
- Ensure terms comply with legal standards and project requirements
- Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and tracking key documents
- Help resolve discrepancies in contract terms before signing
Compliance & Risk Control
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet their obligations
- Identify risks, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues
- Track of key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and contractual terms
- Ensure insurance, bonds, and warranties are in place
Financial Oversight
- Track contract values, budgets, and payment terms
Change Management
- Manage contract variations, amendments, modifications, extensions, and renewals
- Evaluate scope changes and update contract documentation
- Ensure proper approvals and documentation for all changes
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, legal teams, and internal departments
- Facilitate communication to resolve contract-related issues
- Support negotiations and clarifications when needed
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, contract correspondence, updates and changes
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed and accessible
- Maintain contract log up to date
Claims & Dispute Support
- Assist in preparing and reviewing claims
- Support dispute resolution processes with proper documentation
- Coordinate with legal teams when necessary
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation and collaboration
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, proofreading documents, and time management techniques
- Customer service skills with a professional demeanor in handling inquiries via phone or email
- Attention to detail for proofreading contracts and maintaining accurate records; typing skills are essential for efficient data entry

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
