Cristiana Salon Spa is seeking a self-motivated, client-focused professional to join our Customer Care Team. This is a consultative sales, client strategy, and team leadership role—not a traditional front desk position.
We're looking for someone with a passion for beauty, fashion, luxury experiences, and sales. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where results matter, performance is measured, and growth is rewarded.
This position starts at $18.00 per hour, with structured quarterly wage increases based on achievement of established benchmarks, performance goals, and job objectives.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Driving rebooking, retention, and retail attachment rates
- Strategically stacking appointments to maximize provider utilization
- Managing and converting client communication across phone, text, email, and in- person interactions
- Educating guests on services and retail products using a consultative sales approach
- Coaching service providers on retail sales, guest retention, pre-booking, and achievement of performance benchmarks
- Supporting team and individual KPIs tied to revenue, efficiency, and guest experience
