Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department
Where You Will Work:
Aurora Lakeland Medical Center features a newly remodeled and expanded Emergency Department staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, offering 22 beds and an RN-to-patient ratio of 3:1, along with being a dedicated Geriatric Certified ED. The hospital is Stroke Certified, a Level III Trauma Center, and Chest Pain Accredited, and has been recognized as a LANTERN Award recipient for 2025–2028; when specialized care is needed, patients have direct access to advanced services at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.
We’re Looking For:
-
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
