Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the tasting experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide detailed information about our products, including tasting notes and production processes
- Manage guest flow efficiently, ensuring timely service while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
- Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and friendly demeanor
- Support team members in food service duties when needed
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
- Previous host or hostess experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Experience with restaurant operations, including POS systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of guest services, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential
