COMPANY OVERVIEW
Neubright Home Care LLC is a private-pay, non-medical home care agency launching in the Charlotte metropolitan area. We provide in-home companion care, personal care, and daily living assistance to older adults and adults with disabilities.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Agency Director in compliance with North Carolina DHSR (Division of Health Service Regulation — the state agency that licenses and oversees home care providers) requirements, and to carry out clinical supervision responsibilities for the agency. This is a part-time W-2 (meaning you are hired as a regular employee with taxes withheld by the company, not as a self-employed contractor) position with a defined path to full-time employment upon licensure and client onboarding.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the designated Agency Director of record for NC DHSR licensure purposes
- Review, approve, and maintain agency Policies and Procedures (P&P) manual
- Provide clinical oversight and caregiver competency verification
- Ensure agency operations remain in compliance with applicable NC DHSR regulations
- Participate in the DHSR initial licensure survey and any follow-up compliance reviews
- Collaborate with agency ownership on quality assurance and care standards
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Setup phase (pre-licensure):
- $48–$50 per hour
- Estimated 10–20 hours per month
Post-licensure (active operations):
- Full-time W-2 salaried position: $75,000–$84,000 per year
- Transition is triggered upon DHSR license issuance and initial client onboarding
- Terms confirmed in writing at time of hire
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina, or a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC — a multistate agreement allowing RNs licensed in one member state to practice in other member states without obtaining additional licenses) license valid in NC
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to be available for the NC DHSR initial licensure survey with reasonable advance notice
- Home care, home health, or hospice experience preferred but not required
Pay: $48.00 - $50.70 per hour
