Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Residential Roofer to join our growing team on a part-time, flexible schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys steady side work, wants to supplement their income, or prefers the flexibility to choose their availability.
You'll perform a variety of residential roofing services, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and occasional reroof projects. We take pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential roof repairs and replacements
- Diagnose leaks and roofing issues
- Install and repair shingles, flashing, vents, and underlayment
- Inspect roofs for storm damage and wear
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential roofing experience preferred
- Experience with asphalt shingles required (metal roofing experience is a plus)
- Ability to work safely on steep roofs and ladders
- Must have basic roofing tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Dependable, honest, and takes pride in quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
