The B12 Store is a growing wellness clinic in Mount Pleasant, SC, offering FDA-approved vitamin and mineral injections — including B12, Vitamin C, D3, Biotin, Magnesium, Zinc, and CoQ10 — to help our clients feel and perform their best. We're expanding our team and looking for a reliable, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner.
Position Overview
We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work 3-4 days per week overseeing and administering vitamin/mineral injection services and supporting our wellness offerings. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours in a low-stress, high-reward wellness setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer B12 and other vitamin/mineral injections per protocol
- Conduct brief patient intake and wellness consultations
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with medical/regulatory standards
- Provide oversight and support for clinic staff administering injections
- Educate clients on services and wellness benefits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Experience with injections a plus (training provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about client wellness
- Ability to work independently in a small business/clinic setting
Schedule
- 3-4 days per week (schedule flexibility available)

- Competitive pay, commensurate with experience
