About the Opportunity
Evia Partners LLC is the capital formation arm of a luxury coastal real estate group with a 15-year track record spanning 270 completed exits and over $700 million in developed real estate across Florida's Gulf Coast — Sarasota, Naples, St. Pete, Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and Miami. We are launching a $100 million capital formation initiative, raised through family offices and high-net-worth investors under a Regulation D 506(c) structure, with a firm discipline of never allocating more than 20% of the portfolio to any single family office. We are seeking an experienced capital formation professional with an existing network of family office and HNW relationships to lead investor origination for this raise.

- Realistic total comp of $400,000–$1,000,000+ once you're producing against the $100M raise — base salary plus an uncapped performance override on every dollar you bring in.
- A disciplined, risk-managed platform: no single family office relationship ever represents more than 20% of the portfolio, which is a real differentiator when you're pitching sophisticated allocators.
- You'll work within a compliant broker-dealer structure (Finalis affiliation, Series 82 pathway) built specifically so capital raisers can be compensated correctly and legally.
- You'll have a live pipeline — not a cold start — plus a family office prospecting database and an established outreach cadence to plug into from day one.
What You'll Do
- Originate, cultivate, and close capital commitments from family offices, HNW individuals, and institutional-adjacent investors toward a $100 million raise target.
- Structure and pace commitments so that no single family office exceeds 20% of total portfolio exposure.
- Represent the platform at family office forums and industry conferences (e.g., IMN, Opal Group circuit).
- Manage the full relationship lifecycle — from first introduction through capital commitment and ongoing investor communication.
- Partner with our EVP of Capital Markets and securities counsel to ensure all outreach and materials meet 506(c) compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of demonstrated success raising capital from family offices, HNW individuals, or institutional investors.
- An existing, active network you can bring to the table — this role is built for someone who already has the relationships, not someone starting from zero.
- Series 82 license (or eligibility/willingness to obtain) to be compensated through our compliant broker-dealer channel.
- Real estate, private equity, or alternative investment background preferred but not required.
- Self-directed, relationship-first operating style — this is a production role, not a back-office one.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience and existing book of relationships.
- Uncapped performance override on capital raised, paid through our compliant broker-dealer structure (Finalis) — realistic total compensation of $400,000–$1,000,000+ per year at full production against the $100M target.
