Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Detailer and Lot Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will help create an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and appearance. You will also assist with managing the lot, keeping presentation and appearance up to standard, and supporting overall dealership operations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle care,, and automotive maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, buffing, and interior cleaning to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Conduct car washes using manual or automated systems while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dealership lot by organizing vehicles, removing debris, and performing janitorial tasks to keep the environment inviting.
- Assist with vehicle movement on the lot, including parking, retrieving cars for customers or staff, and ensuring smooth traffic flow.
- Ocasionally support custodial duties such as sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep of dealership facilities.
- Deliver vehicles to various places for reconditioning as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in car detailing, janitorial work, custodial services, or similar roles is preferred but not required; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
- Basic knowledge of car wash procedures and detailing techniques such as buffing and interior cleaning.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required comfortable driving various vehicles on the lot.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks including bending and lifting objects up to a reasonable weight limit.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
