Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and energetic Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our fitness facility on call professional. From time to time our current front desk will be gone for vacation or calling in sick. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and personable Front Desk Attendant to be the face of our gym. You’ll manage resident check-ins, support resident coordination, oversee class scheduling, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role involves managing guest interactions, handling reservations, answer phones and manage client/resident communications and ensuring smooth front desk operations to enhance the overall guest experience.

- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining organized records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, questions, and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold a welcoming environment.
- Support guest relations efforts by offering information about amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational flow throughout shifts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel, resort, or fitness center.
- Comfortable learning software tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally.
- Perform light facility checks and maintain a clean, organized front desk
- Knowledge of guest relations practices, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
