About the Role
As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in preparing steel components for industrial coating processes. By managing material staging, operating overhead cranes, and ensuring rigorous quality standards, you will directly contribute to the efficiency and output quality of our production facility.
Responsibilities-
Coordinate the staging and preparation of steel products, ensuring all items are correctly wired and racked for processing.

Operate overhead bridge cranes with precision to safely transport materials throughout the production floor and yard.

Execute quality control tasks, including paddling and zinc removal, to ensure finished goods meet high-performance standards.

Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials to identify and report structural issues such as rust, damage, or improper venting.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to support seamless operational flow.

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and facility regulations, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven ability to operate overhead cranes safely and effectively.

Proficiency in using production hand tools and measuring instruments, including tape measures.

Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to pass required health and safety screenings.

Prior experience specifically within a galvanizing or industrial coatings facility.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot practical production issues independently.

Strong foundational knowledge of chemical safety and hazardous material handling.
