We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Print Production Pro & Mac/PC PrePress Specialist to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Interpret production documents and specifications to prepare files for printing, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the process
- Prepress workflows using advanced prepress software, including Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools
- Proven experience in print production and/or prepress coordination within a manufacturing or commercial printing environment
- Strong knowledge of color management techniques and print quality control standards
- Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools
- Hands-on experience operating large-format printers, CNC machinery, digital printers, and screen printing equipment
- Familiarity with prepress software including RIP (Kodak Prinergy, Preps, basic layout and imposition software) systems for preparing files for various printing methods
- Understanding of layout design principles, typography, and print advertising requirements
- Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely
Requirements
- Proven experience with Mac/PC-based prepress workflows and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Kodak Prinergy software knowledge preferred.
- Expertise in color management systems to maintain consistency across various print runs.
- In depth knowledge of offset printing, foil stamping, engraving, die cutting and all specialty finishes including bindery, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout all stages of prepress and production.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, production staff, and quality assurance personnel.

Pay: $25.54 - $35.76 per hour
