Who We Are
At South Arlington Smiles, we’re a growing, patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care and an outstanding experience from the moment a patient calls to the moment they leave smiling.
We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives on connection, organization, and helping patients move forward with their dental care.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Communicate clearly with patients about treatment, timing, and next steps
- Create a welcoming, high-energy first impression in person and over the phone
Experience
- 2-3 years of dental experience strongly preferred. This position is NOT entry-level and requires previous experience/dental knowledge.
- Strong communication and people skills (you genuinely enjoy talking to patients)
- Organized and proactive—you don’t wait, you take initiative
- Comfortable with phones, scheduling, and multitasking
- Experience in dental is a plus, but not required (we can train the right person)
- A team player who wants to grow with the practice
What Makes This Role Different
- You’ll play a direct role in the growth of the office
- You’re not just answering phones—you’re guiding patients and building relationships
