Join our team of passionate fitness and wellness professionals! We're currently seeking Group Fitness Instructors to lead engaging, safe, and inclusive classes across a variety of formats. Whether your specialty is Cycle, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Water Exercise, Older Adult Fitness, Functional Training, or another modality, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a part-time position working 2-6 hours per week depending on availability. Wage is based on experience and certifications/teacher training. This position is located at the Dahl (La Crosse) and/or Houser (Onalaska) Branch.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead energizing and welcoming group fitness classes tailored to participant needs and abilities.

Build positive relationships with members, encouraging consistent attendance and progress.

Ensure a safe environment by following format best practices and safety guidelines.

Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to deliver an excellent member experience.
We're Looking For:

Group Fitness Instructors with experience or interest in teaching one or more class formats.

Currently have or in the process of completing certifications or education (e.g., Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer Certification, Yoga Teacher Training, Exercise Science Degree) are preferred, but not required.

Not certified yet? We offer mentorship and guidance to help you get started.

CPR/AED certification is preferred. Training may be provided upon hire if needed.

Passionate individuals who enjoy creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all participants.

Ability to teach 2+ classes per week

New instructors will receive onboarding and support from our fitness team to ensure confidence and success in leading classes.
