Essential duties include:
1) Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
2) Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and
building exteriors
3) Make ready units for new move‐ins
4) Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program
5) Coordinate special projects as directed
Reliable transportation and ability to haul materials is required. Must have a clear background and pass a drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
