This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple projects, and supporting a fast-paced sales environment. You'll work alongside experienced Account Executives, gaining hands-on training while helping manage customer relationships, coordinate projects, and identify new business opportunities.

What You'll Do
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll partner closely with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure customers receive outstanding service while helping move sales opportunities through the pipeline.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads through email, phone, and CRM outreach.
- Qualify prospective customers based on business needs, budget, timeline, authority, and growth potential.
- Schedule discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives and participate in customer discovery calls.
- Research and prospect new customers that fit ChemArt's ideal customer profile.
- Re-engage inactive customer accounts and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Support upselling and account growth initiatives.
- Maintain timely communication with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
Customer Account Support
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, lead times, tracking, and order status.
- Process reorder requests and assist customers with repeat business.
- Help customers move projects through artwork approval and production.
- Resolve routine customer issues while partnering with Account Executives on more complex situations.
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
CRM & Sales Administration
- Create and maintain customer accounts in Salesforce.
- Enter and update opportunities, contacts, activities, and customer records.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Verify customer information and purchase order details.
- Assist with reporting, sales metrics, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Epicor ERP.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate product samples and project materials.
- Partner with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to keep projects moving.
- Track projects from quotation through shipment.
- Assist with packaging, brochure approvals, and production coordination.
- Help ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Administrative Support
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
- Prepare customer presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Support order management during peak workloads.
- Analyze sales data to identify at-risk customers and new sales opportunities.
- Assist with departmental reports, metrics, and continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Customer Service
- Sales Support
- Account Coordination
- Inside Sales
- Business Development Support
- Administrative Support in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to learn Salesforce CRM and Epicor ERP (or similar systems).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or B2B sales teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $48,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based incentives, giving you the opportunity to earn additional compensation by contributing to team success, customer growth, and key performance goals.
