- Keeping an eye on trends, platform updates, and evolving content best practices without chasing every internet fad.
- Consistent delivery of high-quality social content that increases engagement and strengthen Conservice's brand presence.
- A clear, cohesive brand voice across social media, web content, and campaign assets.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, copywriting, or creative marketing roles for B2B audiences
- Located within driving distance of our Salt Lake City or Logan headquarters.
- strong writing portfolio demonstrating versatility across tone, format, and audience needs.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and content scheduling/project management platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered content and productivity tools, with the ability to effectively prompt, refine, and leverage AI to support ideation and workflow efficiency.
- The ability to independently organize, edit, and produce high-quality content without overreliance on AI-generated outputs.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
- Experience with photography, short-form video, or digital asset creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO principles preferred.
