Job Summary
We are seeking an Annual Giving Coordinator to support employee-focused and community-facing philanthropic programs for a leading healthcare organization in Fort Worth.
In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate fundraising initiatives, including an annual employee giving campaign and community fundraising programs.
The ideal candidate is an organized and engaging communicator with strong writing and editing skills who can effectively convey the importance and impact of philanthropy within a healthcare environment. This position requires collaboration with colleagues and community partners both inside and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute annual employee giving and fundraising campaigns.

Support community-focused fundraising initiatives and philanthropic programs.

Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of fundraising programs.

Develop clear, accurate, and persuasive fundraising communications.

Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners.

Help increase employee participation and annual fundraising results.

Organize multiple projects and prioritize requests to meet deadlines.

Deliver presentations to both small and large groups.

Maintain accurate information and support donor and fundraising database activities.
Travel Requirements

Local candidates only.

This is a hybrid, 13-week contract assignment.

Must have access to a personal vehicle for occasional travel to other local healthcare facilities.

Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible business-related travel.

Valid driver’s license and appropriate liability insurance required.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in annual giving, fundraising, sales, communications, business, marketing, customer service, or a similar field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Comfortable delivering public and large-group presentations.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Raiser’s Edge or a similar fundraising/donor database.

Professional certification such as CFRE, FAHP, or similar is a plus.
