We’re looking for an Evening Bartender who is passionate about cocktails, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Overview
As a Bartender at BlackFork Farms Tasting Room, you’ll craft cocktails with precision, guide guests through our extensive whiskey and bourbon selection, and create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Whether introducing someone to a new spirit or preparing their favorite classic, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional tasting room experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, whiskey flights, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on bourbons, whiskeys, spirits, cocktails, and featured products
- Educate guests on BlackFork Farms spirits and seasonal offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with fellow bartenders and staff to provide a seamless guest experience
- Help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to linger, explore, and return
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, bourbon, whiskey, beer, and wine
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Friendly, engaging, and professional personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Evening and weekend availability
