As a Barista, you will be the face of our café experience, crafting high-quality beverages while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages according to company standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations to guests
- Operate POS systems, including Toast, to accurately process orders and payments
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, coffee station, and guest seating areas
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed throughout shifts
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
- Assist with preparing and serving pastries, light food items, and grab-and-go offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Collaborate with restaurant and hotel team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
Qualifications
- An engaging, welcoming, and customer-focused personality
- Previous barista, café, coffee shop, or food service experience preferred
- Experience preparing espresso-based beverages and operating commercial coffee equipment is a plus
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
