Courie Connect, LLC is seeking dedicated, responsible medical couriers to support time‑sensitive deliveries across the Capital Region. Ideal partners communicate clearly with dispatch, uphold patient privacy, and treat on‑time service as mission‑critical.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver medical specimens, supplies, and documents on schedule
- Maintain real‑time communication with dispatch regarding status, ETAs, and issues
- Follow chain‑of‑custody, HIPAA, and safety protocols at all times
- Provide professional, courteous service at hospitals, labs, and clinics
- Handle basic paperwork, scanning, and app-based route updates
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle (100/300/100 liability minimum)
- HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) certificates (required for medical routes)
- Smartphone with data plan; ability to use routing apps
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
- Pass a drug screening (applicant-paid)
- Excellent punctuality, communication, and problem‑solving
Preferred
- Prior medical courier or healthcare logistics experience
- Cargo van or box truck with proper documentation and active DOT/MC, where applicable

Join our e‑commerce parcel team delivering residential packages in the Capital Region.
Compensation and Schedule
- $2.00 per package
- Typical daily load: 70–125 packages
- Paid bi‑weekly (amount varies by volume delivered)
- 4 days per week, start time 5:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Load, sort, and deliver packages efficiently and safely
- Maintain route accuracy and proof of delivery within app
- Communicate with dispatch about progress or delays
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle suited for volume
- Personal auto insurance with minimum 100/300/100 liability
- Smartphone with data plan; ability to use routing/delivery apps
- Pass a drug screening (applicant‑paid)
- Strong time management and customer service
Vehicle Options
- Personal vehicles welcome; cargo vans and box trucks encouraged (must have proper documentation; DOT/MC where applicable)
