Bachelor Level Counselor - In Home Intervention Team (Houston County)

This position will be based out of Houston County. Some travel may be required within the 5 county catchment area.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with flexible work hours based on family and program needs.

Alabama State Retirement Available

Responsibilities:

Provide services to families involved with the IHI Project
Serve as a liaison for IHI Project families with community agencies and the public.
Assist with maintaining and performing designated documentation in client records according to standards
Assists with crisis intervention and/or conflict resolution

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work or other human services related field
Must be willing to attend Child and Adolescent Case Management and In-Home Intervention training upon hire
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
