Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems and system administration issues, relational databases and queries using T-SQL, DTS Packages, SSIS, MS Visio, Erwin, ADO.NET, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, OLAP databases. Perform systems management and integration functions working on data structures and algorithms for big Data analytics using Hadoop, HOLAP and implementations using Star and Snowflake Schemas. Build custom ETL adapters for complex data types within Agile/Scrum environment.
Education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or IT or IS or Maths plus 2 years experience in job offered or as an Analyst or Data Architect or Software Development. In lieu of Master's degree and 2 years experience will accept Bachelor's degree plus 5 years progressive experience in job offered or as an Analyst or Data Architect or Software Development. Prior work experience must include 2 years experience using T-SQL, DTS Packages, SSIS, MS Visio, Erwin, ADO.NET, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, OLAP databases, Hadoop, HOLAP, Star, Snowflake Schemas, ETL adapters, Agile/Scrum environment
Job location: Edison, NJ and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically.
