The GEM Creed
At GEM, we believe good work comes from good people who are trusted to do things the right way.
We’re not trying to build a stiff, corporate, meeting-heavy company where everyone is buried in noise all day. We’re building a place where talented people can focus, grow, enjoy the work, and feel proud of what they produce.
We take our projects seriously. We do not take ourselves too seriously.
Our work requires accuracy, patience, curiosity, and attention to detail. Existing buildings are messy. Point clouds are dense. Field conditions are not always obvious. That’s exactly why our work matters. We help project teams start with the truth instead of assumptions.
At GEM, we value people who:
- Care about doing quality work
- Ask smart questions
- Communicate clearly
- Take ownership
- Stay calm under pressure
- Treat people with respect
- Want to keep getting better
We do not believe in drama, ego, blame, or making work harder than it needs to be. We believe in clear expectations, honest communication, useful feedback, and giving people room to do their best work.
If you want to grow with a company that is easygoing, focused, rewarding, and serious about treating people right, you may fit in well here.
Who We Are
GEM provides Drafting, 3D Scanning, BIM for contractors, architects, engineers, developers, facility owners, and construction teams.
Our work includes:
- Architectural as-built drawings
- Existing conditions documentation
- Point cloud drafting
- Scan-to-BIM
- Revit modeling
- Construction coordination support
We help our clients reduce uncertainty, avoid rework, and make better decisions before construction begins.
Simple as that.
Who You Are
You are someone who enjoys turning real-world building information into clean, accurate drawings.
You do not need to be flashy. You do not need to call yourself a rockstar. We are not looking for that.
We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, detail-oriented, steady, and motivated to grow.
You should be comfortable working independently, checking your own work, and communicating when something does not make sense. We value people who can think through a problem instead of just tracing lines on a screen.
