Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Inspect vehicles for potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services
- Complete service and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or questions
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Lube Technician or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment necessary for automotive service and repairs
- Familiarity with aligning tires and performing tire services
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics is a plus
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center is beneficial
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
