Job Summary:
Commercial Lines Account Executives work closely with Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies
- Prepare accurate proposals and renewal summaries
- Review documents for accuracy and maintain confidentiality
- Provide high-quality service, including endorsements, certificates, and coverage support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the agency management system
Position Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Experience in Commercial Lines insurance
- Proficient in agency systems, Microsoft Office, and carrier tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with a professional, positive attitude
- Team player who collaborates effective
For reference, our organization uses the title Account Executive in place of Account Manager.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
