BOUDOIR BOOKING SPECIALIST — Remote | Commission + Hourly
Pay: $15/hr base + commission per booking (strong performers earn significantly more)
This role requires real sales experience. If you haven't worked in phone or consultative sales before, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay. But we need someone who already knows how to hold a sales conversation.
We're a boudoir photography studio that helps women step into confidence they didn't know they had. The experience we offer is transformative and our booking team is the first step in that journey.
When a woman reaches out to us, she's already curious. Your job is to guide her from "I'm interested" to "I'm booked" with warmth, skill, and zero pressure tactics.
What you'll be doing
Calling warm leads, women who have already expressed interest in a session, and guiding them toward a booking decision. You'll follow a proven script while knowing when to flex it. You'll handle objections around price, timing, and self-confidence with empathy and confidence. You'll hit clear weekly targets and be rewarded when you do.
This is not customer service. It's consultative sales with a purpose.
What we're looking for
You're the right fit if you have direct phone or outbound sales experience and can point to it. You've handled price objections before and didn't flinch. You know the difference between being pushy and being confident and you stay firmly on the right side of that line. You're motivated by hitting numbers and earning commission, not just collecting an hourly. You don't need someone to light a fire under you.
Experience in a service-based or women-focused industry is a plus, but sales skill comes first.
This is not the role for you if:
You've never worked in a sales role and are hoping to learn on the job. You avoid asking for the commitment. Price conversations make you uncomfortable. You need heavy supervision to stay on task.
We have a great team and we need someone who can add to it from day one, not someone we're building from scratch.
