Initiate and maintain communications with prospective families throughout the admissions process.
Division/Department: Admissions
Reports to: Director of Admissions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
· Initiate and maintain communications with prospective families throughout the admissions funnel including those who are prospects, inquiries, applicants, admits, and enrolled by leveraging personal relationships and database management
· Coordinate and lead admissions visits, re-visits, and shadow days
· Develop curriculum and development of student ambassadors to ensure a dynamic and relationship-centric ambassador program
· Develop initiatives working with feeder organizations to build pool of prospects
· Coordinate with educational agencies and other institutions to ensure accurate and up-to-date school information for recruitment purposes
· Travel and/or represent Grier School at recruiting functions locally, domestically, and potentially abroad
· Act as a Designate School Official (DSO) to comply with SEVP’s reporting mandates regarding student records in SEVIS
· Ability to work with, and a genuine liking of, teenagers
· Understanding and support of Grier’s school policies and procedures
· Perform all other duties as required
