The Role
We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to set qualified recruitment appointments with prospective real estate agents. This is a high-performance, results-driven role with a fast and clear path of growth.
What You'll Do
- Set and hold qualified appointments with real estate agents
- Prospect and call agents using proven scripts and systems
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, call logs, and follow-up tasks
- Participate in team huddles, script practice, and lead conversion training
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based contractor role. Compensation is earned per qualified appointment held.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
