Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our fun university focused brewery to fun new heights. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and fostering a motivated and efficient team. Your leadership will inspire excellence across all facets of restaurant management, from staff supervision to financial oversight, creating an inviting atmosphere where guests love to dine and staff enjoy working.
Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management, ensuring smooth and efficient daily functioning
- Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment
- Delegate and inspect inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Implement and monitor food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations to ensure guest safety and quality standards are met
- Utilize POS systems such as Toast for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting
- Oversee and approve schedules performed by department managers
- Drive customer satisfaction
- Analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to achieve business objectives
- Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, culinary techniques, customer service excellence, and safety procedures
- Lead promotional activities or catering events to expand the restaurant’s reach within the community

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
