We are seeking an experienced Regional Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and support Business Office Managers (BOMs) across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Greater Los Angeles region. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep knowledge of long-term care billing, collections, and regulatory requirements, and who excels at training, mentoring, and holding teams accountable for performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide direct oversight, leadership, and performance management for Business Office Managers across assigned facilities
· Ensure BOMs are completing accurate and timely billing and collections for Managed Care, Managed Medi-Cal, Medicare, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, private insurance, co-insurance, hospice, and private pay
· Conduct regular facility visits to evaluate business office operations, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans
· Support BOMs in resolving complex AR issues, payer disputes, and escalated claims
· Monitor AR aging, conduct monthly Aging Reviews, collections performance, and month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
· Standardize workflows, processes, and best practices across all business offices
· Collaborate with facility leadership to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
· 3–5+ years of SNF Business Office Management or Regional AR experience
· Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, Managed Care, private insurance, and long-term care reimbursement
· Proven experience supervising or overseeing Business Office Managers or business office staff
· Ability to train, coach, and develop team members with varying skill levels
· Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) (as a user and with system upkeep as needed)
· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles region

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
