North Carolina | Flexible Hybrid ABA Position

Location: North Carolina — must reside within the state of North Carolina
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hybrid Schedule
Compensation:
Caseload: Flexible based on availability and geographic region
Service Model: Combination of in-person supervision and telehealth services
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions
Maintain timely documentation and clinical records within CentralReach
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care
Participate in treatment planning, reassessments, and ongoing clinical oversight
Ensure ethical and HIPAA-compliant clinical practice standards
Current BCBA certification required
NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA methodologies
Proficiency with data analysis, treatment modification, and supervision practices
Experience with CentralReach preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Competitive hourly compensation at $110/hour
Additional paid administrative time at 50% of billable rate
