How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Production Technician I, you will manufacture, assemble, and package Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will safely carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), blueprints, and drawings as they relate to assembly, material handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. Production Technician I’s will work through the site Technician Training Program.
Use various tools and equipment, including computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.
Follow safety standards, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements, company operating procedures, and policies.
Preferred Experience: Previous work experience in a cGMP environment, manufacturing, operations, production, or warehouse.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and tape measures.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This role is based in the cleanroom, which is a controlled environment. Cleanrooms do not allow hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, acrylic nails, perfume/cologne, piercings, lip balm, lotion, chewing gum, etc.
Some degree of Personal Protective Equipment is required including safety-toed boots (ASTM F2413-24), high visibility gear, safety glasses, cleanroom suit, hair/beard coverings, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.
Ability to stand and walk for full shift, reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and grasp while performing tasks.
Ability to use hand tools and equipment, including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.
