SERVICE ADVISOR:
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training, and a minimum of one year of dealer-level or large facility experience. He or she has an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a strong technical and customer service performance record with automotive experience, which is a plus but not a must! Fluent English speaking and written communication skills (bilingual a plus), good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position at a car dealership service drive.
REQUIREMENTS:

Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test and background check.

Current, Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred.

Service Advisor experience.

Schedule appointments and generate estimates.
-
Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance.

Assist all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional manner.

Resolving customer complaints.
-
Keeping CSI at or above region monthly.

Maintaining value, quality, and integrity.

Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until the vehicle is turned back over to the customer.

Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele.
