Seeking an experienced Property Manager for a 39-unit HUD subsidized property for the elderly. Must have a strong knowledge in operating a HUD subsidized property. Experience in promptly filling vacancies and rent collection. Must have working knowledge and ability to certify tenants in compliance with the HUD processes in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain tenant files, waiting list, submit monthly HAP vouchers, prepare for inspections and reviews. Responsible for supervision of all maintenance and office staff. Must have good communication, computer and organizational skills. Must have strong sense of mission and be of good character. Experience in Property Management preferred. Valid driver's license needed. Knowledge of One-Site Software preferred.
