Job Summary
We are seeking a Staff Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations for a global manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Process and review accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end close, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Partner with internal departments and international teams to support accounting operations and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or global organization.
- Experience with general ledger, journal entries, AP, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred.
- Understanding of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, communication, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
