Job Summary:
The Card Shop in Fort Myers, FL is looking for a part time employee who also has experience in social media content creation and is willing to grow in the trading card business to join our team. We are located on 16440 S Tamiami Trail Ste 7. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
FIRST RAISE AFTER 3 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT! Then there will be a review for ANOTHER raise after a full year + YEARLY BONUSES!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Content creation, editing, and appearing in ads and videos for social media
- Process and pull online orders on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and the company website.
- Significant amount of work on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Customer Service
- Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and patrons
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking scans of cards
- Eventually open/close the store independently
Requirements:
- Age 18+
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 1 year experience in content creation and social media marketing
- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Preferred but not required:
- Knowledge of trading cards
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
