What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Handle patient payments accurately.
- Keep the front office organized and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in patient scheduling, medical reception, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication.
