Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires proficiency in warehouse operations, including the use of various equipment and systems to facilitate efficient logistics.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to load and unload shipments safely.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders.
- Execute picking & packing duties for orders, ensuring accuracy in order picking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocking as needed.
- Package products securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving operations.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) MRP/ERP software is a plus.
- Knowledge of packaging standards and procedures is beneficial.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
