Position Overview:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our kitchen staff as Dishwashers & Food Prep Associates across multiple shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends). This role is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and assisting with food preparation to support smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing and kitchen area
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, preparing sauces, and stocking prep stations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Take out trash, clean floors, and assist with general kitchen cleaning duties
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Support cooks and kitchen staff during busy service periods
- Work efficiently to keep up with kitchen demands and maintain a steady workflow
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
