Bobbles & Lace Saratoga is searching for our next Assistant Store Director! Are you the person your friends always go to for fashion advice? Are you looking to grow your knowledge and experience of the retail fashion industry under dedicated leaders? This could be the opportunity for you!
Support Directors and the store in driving sales goals through:
- Model our Styling Experience with all clients all the time, delivering top tier styling experiences to all customers
- Maintaining store merchandising and housekeeping. Maintain a high level of visual merchandising, restocking and housekeeping standards
- Mastering all functions of in store operations. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, opening and closing registers, and securing facility.
- Assistant with marketing efforts including, social media and content creation, hosting styling events and in-store pop ups to grow our community.
- Actively utilize the client list & social media in order to generate increased sales and nurture styling relationships.
- Network and create positive relationships in the community that result in business generation, awareness, and sales.
- Assist in team management, including assisting the Directors as needed, as well as training and leading a team of stylists
