Overview
We are seeking experienced Commercial and Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our team. This role involves performing installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across various commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, field service experience and familiarity with HVAC systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation of HVAC equipment, troubleshooting complex systems and adhering to safety standards.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- EPA Universal Certification
- NATE Certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Install, service and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including air conditi9oning units and equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.
- Troubleshoot electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Repair plumbing related to HVAC systems and ensure proper operation of associated mechanical components.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed.
- Assist with commercial maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions
- Operate various tools and hand machinery safely in accordance with safety protocols.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background in service.
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing boilers, welding techniques, equipment repair, and general property maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and apply technical information effectively in the field.
- Hands-on experience with field service operations across commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration components; certification in refrigerant handling is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently using tools such as ohmmeters.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Safely drive a company-provided truck.
- Able to pass background and drug screening.
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.
- Maintain a clean and professional demeanor as well as keeping your vehicle, tools and appearance clean always.
- This role will oversee, teach and manage other technicians in the field.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
