Special Education Teacher (26-27 School Year and Beyond)
Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts
Schedule: Part-Time/Full-time | Monday–Friday (School Schedule)
Pay: $50-$55/hour

Ro Health is hiring passionate SPED Teachers to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. What You’ll Do:

Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings

Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals

Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate progress data

Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support inclusive practices

Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences

Implement behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations

Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and engagement

What You’ll Need:

Special Education Mild/Moderate Disabilities, K-12
-
Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred)
-
Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Experience working with neurodiverse learners in school settings
-
Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
-
Ability to pass background checks and provide professional references
