This full-time, in-person role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start a career in sales, customer service, and account management. Sales Team Member Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan sales strategies to generate targeted sales volume so that our partner brands can operate profitably.
- Conduct market survey and research competitor activities to help create competitive sales strategies that brings brand visibility to another level
- Generate sales leads and secure new AT&T wireless enrollments to meet or exceed target
- Conduct sales engagement activities and field work to assigned areas to acquire new customers
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including benefits, features, and competitive advantages
- Process orders and ensure timely service to customers.
- Perform necessary administrative tasks related to sales activities
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Sales Team Member Qualifications:
- High School graduate required; Educational attainment related in business, marketing, or related field preferred;
- Sales, customer service, retail, or account management experience is helpful but not required
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
