I'm Looking for an HVAC Program Director for a great college in the Pittsburgh PA area.
The Program Director.....
Works with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction within the assigned program, is the lead administrator for the department, and, as such, is responsible for faculty training and development, coordinating and administering the academic program and student outcomes and activities within the department.
- Leadership or supervisory experience (in the field or training environment)
- Ability and willingness to stay hands-on in daily instruction
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
- You need to have 5+ years' of industry experience
- Ideally you have experience in education and oversight of instructors.
- EPA 608 Universal
- You may be asked to Instruct on occasion.
