The Role
You'll meet with homeowners, understand their comfort concerns, evaluate their HVAC system, and guide them to the right solution.
This is a hybrid role: part in-home consultations, part working from your home office handling follow-ups and proposals.

What You'll Do

Run in-home appointments and assess comfort needs

Evaluate systems and recommend repair or replacement options

Clearly explain solutions so homeowners can make confident decisions

Build trust-no high-pressure sales

Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Handle proposals, notes, and follow-ups
What You Need

Sales experience with a consultative approach

Strong communication skills (keep it simple and clear)

Organized and able to manage your own schedule

Self-motivated and reliable

HVAC experience is a plus, not required
