Office Manager
This job primarily includes the below duties but are not limited to:
Manages front desk duties to include helping customers and walking them out to our lots. You will be responsible for answering several phone lines, inputting data, dispatching drivers to calls and other administrative tasks.
The training period is 6 weeks long. Once trained, the schedule will likely be similar to Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. You must be able to work with other office staff. You must be able to handle hostile customers in a professional manner. De-escalation skills are helpful. You must be able to walk a fair bit around the property throughout the day to assist customers.
This can be a very busy job at times. You must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have the urgency the situation requires. You must have a cell phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are desired by not required. Paperwork is very important in this business. Everything mailed out are legal documents. This means it must be accurate, sent to the right people and double checked.
Must have a general understanding of our surrounding geographical area (Clark County).
Must know how to read a map and be able to coordinate and schedule calls efficiently.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
MUST HAVE GENERAL COMPUTER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE.
You must be able to pass a Washington State Patrol background check.
Some overtime is offered once off training. There is a 90-day probationary period. PTO is accrued monthly and can be used after 90 days.
