About This Role
The Human Resources Associate plays an important role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and delivering exceptional service to employees and managers across the organization. This position assists with employee lifecycle activities, HR systems administration, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and employee programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the HR profession.
This role works closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders to ensure consistent application of HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities

Serve asHuman Resourcesfirst point of contact formanagers and employees

Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment requirements.

Data entry and maintenance in ADP Workforce Nowwhile ensuring confidentiality and compliance

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, and separation processing.

Support payroll-related processes to ensuretimelyandaccurateemployee data updates.

Prepare employment verification requests, organizational reports, and routine HR metrics.

Assistwith performance management, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training administration.

Support HR compliance efforts, including audit preparation, record retention, and policy administration.

Generate standard and ad hoc reports from HR systems to support business and HR leadership needs.

Assistwith implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and procedures.

Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications

Exposure tohuman resources, recruiting, payroll, benefits, or related administrative experience.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

High levelof discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree inHumanResources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experiencepreferred.

Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.

Experience using HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or related business systems

Pay Range for the posted level: $60,000 - $85,000 plus target annual bonus opportunity of 10%. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and demonstrated market-relevant expertise
