We are currently looking for Home Health Registered Nurse (RN): Full-Time candidates to care for patients in the following areas: Dallas County area.
The primary function of this position is to administer skilled nursing care for patients/clients in their place of residence.
Essential Functions:
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments
- Regularly re-evaluate the patient's nursing needs and evaluates the outcomes of care
- Develop, initiate and revise the plan of care
- Furnish skilled nursing services that are ordered by the physician
- Coordinate services
- Monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third-party payors
- Prepare clinical and progress notes
Job Qualifications:
- Current TX RN License or multi-state compact RN license
- Current TX Driver's License
- Community / Home Health / Hospice experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proof of current CPR
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
